SABI originates from Wabi-Sabi which is a key Japanese concept of aesthetics, stemming from the ancient tea culture which is the beauty and appreciation of things imperfect, impermanent and incomplete.

It is to admire things humble and simple in nature, the beauty of things undefined and unconventional. It is embracing the authenticity of ageing and the natural cycle of life.

We proudly cook our supreme quality Italian short grain rice daily. Our super fresh fish is delivered daily from The Bay Seafood Market. All our other produce is genuinely free range and sourced locally as much as possible. Tamarai and gluten free options available, please ask.

Help yourself to our healthy, extensive range of wholesome, fresh Sushi on the Train or if there is anything you can dream up or desire, please don’t hesitate to order it from one of our friendly staff!
